A decent start to the ratings with over 5 points profit from the first 3 weeks.
Moving onto this Saturdays fixtures.
Burnley v Wolves: Burnley come into this game having won 2 of 3 games against 1 rated opponents, 2 of those 3 matches saw under 2.5 goals. Burnley have also won 2 of their last 3 matches and with the appointment of Sean Dyche as manager this should add to the confidence.
Wolves have lost both games when they have faced a 2 rated team, 0-1 and 1-3, they are struggling for form of late having won only 1 of their last 5 fixtures, losing twice and drawing twice.
Burnley to win 8/5
Huddersfield v Bristol C: Huddersfield have lost their last 2 games both against 4 rated teams, both games saw over 3.5 goals with a 1-3 and 0-4 scoreline, their previous game went over 2.5 goals.
Bristol City have only played one 3 rated team which finished in a 2-2 draw, but they have also seen over 3.5 goals in 2 of their last 3 games and over 2.5 goals in their last 3 games.
Over 2.5 goals 7/9
Over 3.5 goals 7/4
Notts F v Millwall: Nottingham Forest have an excellent record against teams with a rating of 4 winning 3 and drawing 1, 3 of those 4 games have seen under 2.5 goals, 2 x 1-0 victories and a 1-1 draw the other game was a 4-1 victory in their last game. Forest are now on a 5 game unbeaten run winning 3 and drawing 2.
Millwall have not faired so well against teams rated 2 winning 1 drawing 1 and losing 3 of those 5 matches 4 saw over 2.5 goals and 3 saw over 3.5 goals. Millwalls' form at the minute is very good and they are unbeaten in 6 winning 2 and drawing 2.
Nottingham F to win 11/12
Sheffield W v Peterboro': Neither team has a stand out record against their opponents ratings, wednesday have W1 L1 while Peterboro' have a better record of W2 L1, both of those victories have come in the last 2 games.
Goals look likely with both of Wednesday's games going over 2.5, 3-2 and 2-1 scorelines were seen and Peterboro' have seen over 2.5 goals in 2/3 games both with a 1-2 scoreline.
Over 2.5 goals 8/11
Bolton v Cardiff: Bolton have had a poor start to the season and against 2 rated teams they have a poor record having not won in 5, losing in 3 and drawing 2.
There has been plenty of entertainment in those games with 4 from 5 seeing over 2.5 goals and 3/5 over 3.5 goals, they have also seen over 2.5 goals in their last 5 fixtures.
Cardiff on the other hand have a 100% record against 1 rated teams winning all 3 games, in those games there have been 10 goals with all 3 games going over 2.5. Cardiff have seen over 2.5 goals in 10 of their last 11 games.
Cardiff to win 28/13
over 2.5 goals 7/9
Hull v Barnsley: Hull against 4 rated teams have a W2 L1 record and have won 3 from the last 4, the matches against 4 rated teams have seen plenty of goals with 12 coming in 3 games, 4-1, 1-3 and 2-1. Over 2.5 goals have been seen in 3 of Hull's last 5 games.
Barnsley have not faired quite as well against 2 rated teams W1 L2 and these games have produced 12 goals of which 11 came in 2 games.
Hull to win 4/5
Over 2.5 goals 11/12
Charlton v Middlesboro': Charlton haven't managed to record 3 points in their last 3 games, they have also failed to record 3 points against a 2 rated team in 3 attempts, Drawing in 2 and losing 1.
Middlesboro are in fine form winning their last 4 and have won 2 and drawn 1 against teams rated 3, they have also scored 2 goals in 5 of their last 7 games.
I'll be attending this game at the Valley so will be interesting to see first hand how both teams perform.
Middlesboro to win 29/14
A few other interesting stats Brighton have seen under 2.5 goals in 3/4 against 2 rated teams and 7 from their last 8 have been under 2.5 goals, they have also seen under 1.5 goals in 5 of their last 8 games, they take on Leeds whose last 4 games have gone under 2.5 goals and 2 from 4 have seen under 1.5 goals. Leeds matches against 2 rated teams have produced goals with 11 goals in 3 games.
Birmingham have seen under 2.5 goals in 3/4 against 3 rated teams and 3 of the last 4 have been under 2.5. Ipswich have seen under 2.5 goals in 2/3 against 1 rated teams BUT have seen over 2.5 goals in their last 4 matches. Ipswich have appointed Mick Mcarthy as manager so I would expect a solid display from them.
Let me know your thoughts on the weekend matches or on the ratings system, too many bets etc.
Thanks for reading.
